Refunds on consumable products must be returned unused in original packaging within 14 days of original purchase and will required an return authorization number from LifeBEAT prior to issuing a refund. Please call Rose at 602-369-4565 for RMA number.

Refunds on Cohere Bodywear™ Jewelry are as follows

• Magnetic Bracelets/Ankles must be returned within 10 days with proof of purchase and require no excessive wear on bracelet/anklet.  A return authorization number from LifeBEAT prior to shipping is needed.  No refunds on shipping and handling and a restocking fee of $10 will apply.  Please call Rose at 602-369-4565 for RMA number.
• Pendants & Other Jewelry must be returned within 30 days with proof of purchase and will require a return authorization number from LifeBEAT prior to shipping.  No refunds on shipping and handling and a restocking fee of $10 will apply.  Please Call Rose at 602-369-4565 for RMA number.

Replacement or Repairs on items with Magnets

• If your bracelet/anklet does break (within the first 30 days) or the magnet oxidizes (within the first year) contact our office to return for replacement with an in stock item.  With proof of purchase & a minimal charge of $15 plus shipping will apply.  Turn around time is approx 1wk for an in stock item, depending on your area for return shipping.  If you need to custom order a size or style an additional charge of $10 will apply, and additional week turn around time.

Returns on Lasers and EMF personal coherence cards are as follows

• 30 days with proof of purchase and in original packaging, excluding shipping and handling, a restocking fee of $20 will apply on Lasers, $10 for EMF cards.
